Our HistoryENCO was originally formed in 2014 as a consultancy firm by a team of individuals dedicated to assisting in the sustainable planning and building of green energy projects worldwide. The trio banded through their shared vision in making a positive change driven from their years of experience working in the green sector. After identifying a key setback in developing large scale projects, ENCO shifted its focus to becoming a brokerage and consultancy firm. Aided by the wealth of contacts ranging from developers, to experts, to financiers in all parts of the industry, ENCO has proven to be truly unique in changing the landscape for project financing.
MEET THE TEAM
President & CEO
Patrick is an entrepreneur with years of experience in the renewable sector. Throughout his career, Patrick has succeeded in a range of positions from consultancy to sales in start-up ventures as well as internationally established companies. Over his career, Patrick has secured contracts to bring renewable technology across international borders, and has successfully brought a wind/solar hybrid to market. He has accrued a large wealth of knowledge and contacts through his experiences.
Michael’s career started off in the sales division at Canada’s largest fully-integrated solar company, where he demonstrated a strong and proven ability to excel in a range of positions. He took on a leadership role in operations, where he played a vital role in improving optimization within the company and increasing sales by 300% over a period of 4 months. He was also an integral part of the team that engineered the company’s transition towards the US market. He joined ENCO in 2016.
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
Having studied Business and Marketing, Ray spent over a decade and a half in the building industry in a variety of roles to understand how a project gets constructed from concept to completion. Ray later went on to start his own company, where he focused on improving building efficiencies for the off grid housing market. His skills as a marketing and sales consultant have been critical for his business in building a network of partnerships in the renewable sphere.
